we can’t represent 3510,7210 in 8 bit format.

we can assume that 3510 as 35 is decimal number and 7210 is 72 is decimal number.

35 equivalnt 8 bit binary format is 00100011

72 equivalent 8 bit format is 01001000

1’s compliment=10110111

2’s compliment =10111000

Add 35 and −72 together in two’s complement format:

00100011 + 10111000 = 11011011.

so,carry didn’t occures we have to do 2’s compliment for answer

1’s compliment of answer is 00100100

2’s compliment of answer is 00100101

so carry didn’t occur it is negative number .

it’s equivalent decimal number is 37.

so answer is -37
