IF the transmission delay (Tt) of the overall system is 500 msec:
Pipeline Method is followed,
Total time taken = Time taken by 1st packet + time taken by the remaining 9 packets
Time taken by 1st packet = Tt + (3 * Tp) = ( 500 + 3* 10 )msec = 530 msec
Time taken by the remaining 9 packets = (9 * Tp) = 9* 10 msec = 90 msec
So, Total Time = ( 530 + 90 )msec = 620 msec
